Changes to the Executive Board of Vossloh AG
The Supervisory Board of Vossloh AG today resolved several changes to the Executive Board of the company. With effect from November 1, 2020, the Executive Board, chaired by Mr. Oliver Schuster, will be expanded from two to three members. Dr. Thomas Triska and Jan Furnivall have been appointed as additional members of the Executive Board for the next three years. Dr. Thomas Triska will be responsible for Finance and Investor Relations. As Chief Operating Officer, Jan Furnivall will be responsible for Sales, Technology and EHS. Dr. Karl Martin Runge will leave the company by mutual agreement at the end of October 31, 2020.
With the appointments of Dr. Thomas Triska and Jan Furnivall, long-standing members of the previous management team have been appointed to the Vossloh Group’s Executive Board. Dr. Triska has been with the Vossloh Group for over ten years. He has held a number of different management positions over that time, most recently as the Head of the Finance department. Mr. Furnivall joined the Vossloh Group over five years ago and was most recently responsible for Strategy, Corporate Development, Legal Affairs and Compliance.

Regarding the newly appointed management team, he adds, “Both new Executive Board members are very familiar with the Vossloh Group's organization and have made a significant contribution to the completed restructuring and realignment of the Group. We are convinced that with our decision we have laid the foundations for a successful development of the company.”
